Does This Sound Like You?
You have foot and heel complications that affect from time to time? You have recurring pain in arch of foot or in your heel that you just can’t explain. Sometimes your feet feel like they are on fire in your shoes. You put up with your problem feet because you don’t realise how important they are to you, or because you are a little bit embarrassed about the condition of your feet.
You’d love to find somewhere that will look after your foot health, cure your niggling problems, and equally important, prevent them recurring.
You may also have recurring hip pain, or your back may “give you jip” yet nothing appears to be wrong. Have you considered that it could actually be a foot or gait problem. Sort out your feet, sort out the rest of you. A biomechanical assessment could provide you with the answers you are looking for.

Your feet support your entire body. Foot problems can manifest anywhere, but particular hot spots are the lower back, hips and knees. Our philosophy of sorting you out from the base upwards promotes good all round physiological health.
How Can We Help You?
Our podiatrists deal with foot and ankle pain, including heel pain, sporting injuries, pain in the sole of the feet and any other foot and ankle problems encountered. We can also look at hard skin, corns, ingrown toenails and fungal infections. We have treatment regimes for everything from verrucaes to managing foot problems associated with diabetes and arthritis as well as long-standing issues. We also offer medical acupuncture and medical mobilisation/ manipulation techniques to alleviate your sole and arch pain, including painful heels. Our dry-needling treatment, which is done under local anaesthetic, can help your long-standing foot problems, particularly verrucaes.
The way you walk and the way you stand affects joints throughout your body. Our holisitic approach looks at your entire musculoskeletal system, and we are able to help manage knee pain, hip pain and back problems, as well as looking after your feet and ankles.
