These two have long been known as serious causes of foot pain and have afflicted people of all ages. Although the common belief is that these afflictions are mostly found among middle aged individuals, this notion doesn’t hold true today. With the hectic professional, and even academic, routine that most young people observe every day, the proportion of youngsters suffering from these conditions is on the rise. And to make matters worse, most people today are so engrossed in their day to day affairs that they do not pay attention to these conditions as soon as they begin to appear, choosing to wait until the pain becomes something unbearable to consult a physician.
